I have been working in the field of General Surgery for over 30 years and as a consultant since 2000. I have been in the post of a consultant surgeon in the UK since 2007. I have special interest in gallstones management and hernia repair.
In the last 15 years, my focus has been on laparoscopic surgery. I attended many training courses in my field and I gained advanced laparoscopic skills. Over the period of my practice, I have carried out a large number of gallbladder removals exceeding 2,000 cases and that taught me a lot of tricks that I pass on to my colleagues and trainees.
I am a faculty member on laparoscopic training courses (gallbladder and hernia repair).
