I have been working as an musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapist since 2017 and worked with many individuals with many different orthopaedic conditions. This includes both pre-op, and post-op rehabilitation and I am frequently involved in rehabilitation of some athletes with different types of injuries.
I specialise in musculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation and sports injuries. Although I treat most body parts, I have special interest in knee conditions especially anterior knee pain.
I have great hands-on skills with a very good understanding of human bio mechanics, which when combined with exercise and other modalities creates a good holistic approach to treatment. I am a big believer in strong communication and reassurance, explaining treatments and pathological conditions boost outcome of treatment.
