I qualified from King’s College London (Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ Medical School) in 2004.
Alongside being a GP, I am also a Lifestyle Medicine Physician empowering and working with patients to proactively nurture wellbeing and healthy longevity. My goal is to provide uniquely tailored lifestyle medicine prescriptions to help patients live their best, most fulfilling life in control of their health.
Completing my general practice training in Waltham Forest has allowed me to develop good working relationships with local secondary care consultants, delivering care of the highest quality as a team over the last 16 years.
