With the recent Netflix drama Adolescence sparking widespread discussion about the impact of social media on young people's mental health, confidence and well-being. With social media use being a major driver of screen time, this session is more relevant than ever.

Dr. Nichani OBE, a highly respected Consultant Paediatrician at Spire Leicester Hospital, will shine a spotlight on the serious health and well-being implications of screen overuse—particularly for younger generations who often spend countless hours on their devices.
