My work at Spire involves conducting clinical psychological/neuropsychological assessments on a wide range of psychological, psychiatric, neurological and even physical problems where there may be a psychological basis. Treatment approaches are eclectic, but favour Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Multimodal Therapy, among others.
I also offer a comprehensive dementia screening service.
I held the post of Consultant in Clinical and Paediatric Neuropsychology/Acting Head in the NHS and was also previously appointed as an Honorary Clinical Teacher at the University of Leicester.
I have held many professional positions, the most recent of which has been Honorary Membership Secretary for the Division of Clinical Psychology and British Psychological Society, where I also served on the admission and executive committees. My experience has been extensive and across the age range.
I am able to see people directly however, it is advisable to get a GP or consultant referral.

Personal profile
I was raised in a city called 'Surfers Paradise' (Durban, South Africa) so a major part of my life has involved sport. I have played competitive sport and have represented my province in athletics and have played competitive football, cricket, swimming, squash and tennis.
My first degree was in the performance arts (music, drama) and I have performed in over 30 productions. Apart from photography, I also like working with computers which have proven to be a big asset in the work I do.
