With nearly 25 years of clinical experience — including 15 years specialising in personalised care for people with kidney disease, high blood pressure and related conditions — I provide comprehensive support across all aspects of kidney health. My clinical and research interests include acute and chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, kidney stones and gout.
I prioritise clear communication, collaborative treatment planning and long‑term kidney health, taking a holistic approach that considers physical, psychological and lifestyle factors. I work closely with physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians, GPs, and other hospital specialists to ensure care is coordinated and informed by the latest evidence.
I regularly manage acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease, with a focus on preventing deterioration. As the dialysis lead for the East of England Renal Network, and co‑lead for the NIHR renal research delivery network in the region, I am committed to improving kidney care and raising awareness.
I strive to make kidney health clearer and more accessible, empowering people to make better informed decisions about their care.
