I have been a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon for the last nine years specialising in joint replacement surgery of the lower limb joints. I have special interest in complex joint replacement and revision joint replacement. I also have interest in minimally invasive arthroplasty surgery. I believe in providing superior surgical skills with a caring approach.
I specialise in joint replacement surgery of the hip and knee. I am fellowship trained in revision hip and knee surgery as well as complex trauma from reputed institutions in the UK.
I have performed over 1,000 joint replacements and revision joint replacement with very good results and patient reported outcomes. I have successfully done over 2,000 knee arthroscopies of the knee. I am actively involved in managing complex trauma of the lower limbs at my NHS practice.
I am the National Joint Registry Lead for the department at Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. I maintain standards of data entry and oversee the compliance of trust with the NJR metrics.
