Specialises in

  • Adult and paediatric ENT
  • Ear and hearing problems
  • Balance problems

At Spire Cardiff Hospital my practice is for Adult ENT only. All paediatric consultations/surgery are carried out at Spire Bristol Hospital.

I specialise in children’s ENT surgery alongside general adult practice. I have a special interest in ear, hearing and balance problems and am part of the South Wales paediatric and auditory implant team focusing on hearing rehabilitation.

I undertook international training fellowships specialising in both ear surgery and paediatric ENT in Sydney, Australia and Great Ormond Street Hospital following his my ENT training in London.

I was appointed a consultant in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgery at University Hospital of Wales and Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales in 2020 following previously working as a Consultant in Great Ormond Street Hospital, London.

At the University Hospital for Wales in Cardiff, a large part of my work includes dealing with and performing complex Paediatric ENT and ear surgery for which I accept referrals from across Wales.

I routinely offer intracapsular coblation tonsil and adenoid surgery with benefits including reduced pain and improved post-operative recovery, in which I have performed over 500 cases.

I regularly train surgeons and healthcare professionals across the UK and internationally particularly focusing on maximizing patient safety.
