I have been a Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital and University Hospital of Wales since 2008, practicing all aspects of Cardiology with a special interest in Interventional Cardiology.
After qualifying in 1993 from the University of Calcutta, I trained in South Wales, Newcastle and the London area. I obtained an MD from the University of London in 2005.
My research interests include angina, management and investigation of chest pain and breathlessness, valve disease, coronary disease, cardiac rehabilitation coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty, and atrial fibrillation.
I also undertake medico legal work.
In my spare time I'm a keen cricketer, cook, traveller and an avid reader.
