I have over twenty years of experience in plastic surgery and have been a Consultant for the last thirteen of those. I have a breadth of experience in reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. My private practice at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital focuses upon cosmetic surgery.
My private practice at the Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital focuses upon cosmetic surgery with particular emphasis upon the breast, body and eyelid treatments. My aim is to help patients achieve natural looking and long-lasting results.
I graduated from Cambridge University in 1997 and completed my clinical studies at Imperial College, London. I have trained extensively in numerous hospitals throughout the UK and internationally. I completed a year of dedicated research looking into scar minimisation. From this I was awarded a Masters of Science from University College London (MSc Distinction).
Having completed my training in the UK and prior to taking up the position of Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge I then spent a further two and a half years carrying out advanced training fellowships. These included: Microsurgical Fellowship at The Royal Adelaide Hospital, Australia; Breast Reconstruction Fellowship at The St Andrews Centre for Plastic Surgery, Essex; Nagor Cosmetic Fellowship at The McIndoe Surgical Centre, East Grinstead and Overseas Visiting Fellowship to The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre, New York.
I am the specialty lead for Audit and Governance at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. This role involves helping to oversee and deliver a high quality service for our patients.
