I arrived approximately 35 minutes early for my appointment and was treated very well by the team at the front desk. They advised that if possible I would be seen early, and meanwhile offered me a seat and a coffee.
This is not my first visit here, and I always find all staff pleasant and helpful. The service is always quick and I have never had to wait past my appointment time.
