The level of service at the Spire Wellesley Hospital is exemplary, how quick everything went through, family being allowed to stay with you on admittance, the friendliness, warmth and encouragement of the staff, the food menu, the cleanliness.
My consultant was very knowledgeable in his experience, I felt completely safe with him.
When going into theatre I said I was nervous and one of the male staff rubbed my arm to reassure me whilst he was speaking with a colleague, it came across as a very natural thing for him to do, I found that a very nice thing for him to do and it helped.
