Staff were fantastic, completely reassured us, very calming, kept us updated throughout the morning and very understanding when our Daughter was upset upon waking.
The food also very good and the ward was a soothing environment.
The Admin prior to our visit was a bit slow and I had to chase up letters, but otherwise the experience was great.
