I achieved an MD in general medicine from Madras Medical College, India, before training in the UK since 1991. I joined Sunderland Royal Hospital as a Consultant Physician in general internal medicine and respiratory medicine in 2000.
I have a special interest in pleural diseases and interventional bronchoscopy and I have been an important and active member of the chest team at Sunderland Royal Hospital.
