I am a Consultant in Sport, Exercise, and Musculoskeletal Medicine (SEM), specialising in managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues and sports injuries across all age groups and backgrounds. With a wealth of experience in both private and NHS settings, as well as elite sports, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care to my patients.

My expertise extends to musculoskeletal ultrasound, for which I earned a Postgraduate Certificate with distinction from the University of East London. I utilise ultrasound for both diagnostic purposes and interventions.

I am passionate about non-surgical management in musculoskeletal medicine and believe that focussing on a clear diagnosis and management plan allows for the best chance of patients returning to the activities and sports they love. I have had my fare share of injuries and understand how frustrating they can be.

I hold a Fellowship from the Faculty of Sport & Exercise Medicine, obtained after completing advanced training in the renowned Oxford Deanery at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. Prior to this, I underwent emergency medicine training at the London Trauma Centre in St Mary's Paddington. I also hold a master’s degree in Sport, Medicine Exercise, and Health from University College London.

In my professional roles, I serve as a civilian Sport, Exercise, and Musculoskeletal Consultant at the Aldershot Regional Rehabilitation Unit within the Ministry of Defence, as well as at the NHS Frimley ICB Advanced Musculoskeletal and Diagnostics Service in Camberley. Additionally, I work closely with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, the England Football Teams development squads, and the senior teams on Match Days at Wembley Stadium as part of the Pitch Side Team. I also serve as an NFL Teams doctor for the London Games.

My previous elite sport experience include roles at Premiership Rugby, Chelsea Football Club, Arsenal Football Club, London Irish Rugby Football Club, Saracens Rugby Football Club, Southampton Football Club, Oxford University Rugby Club and a variety of sports at the UK Sports Institute (Formally English Institute of Sport).
