I specialise in treating complex oncological and medical issues in patients with Breast malignancies. My acute oncology experience equips me with the skills to handle critical situations with precision and compassion. I specialise in the treatment of early and advanced breast cancer using the most advanced modalities such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormonal therapies and targeted drugs.

I work closely with my colleagues in breast surgery, radiology, pathology, clinical oncology, geneticists and palliative care to ensure that every patient receives the best possible treatment options, tailored to their unique needs.

I believe in the importance of open communication, individualised care and doctor-patient professional relationship, as a trusted partnership throughout the journey of cancer treatment.

I trained at University of Prishtina Medical school with post qualification training and experience gained in Oncology Departments in London, such as UCLH, Imperial NHS Trust, Mount Vernon Cancer Centre and Bart's Health NHS Trust. I completed postgraduate training at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) and I am a Member of Royal College of Physicians in London, Association of Cancer Physicians and European Society of Medical Oncologist.

Since 2021, I hold a Medical Oncology consultant post in Mount Vernon Cancer Centre and a visiting consultant in Wexham Park Hospital and King Edward VII hospital, where I treat Oncology patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.

In addition to my clinical work I have an interest in clinical trials and work closely with my colleagues in Mount Vernon Cancer centre where patients from peripheral hospitals, if suitable, can access phase II and III, clinical studies for a chance of better treatment options.

My other strong interest has always been in the training of oncologists and junior doctors. I act at a clinical supervisor role and I am closely involved in providing teaching sessions and mentoring junior colleagues.

As a child I attended musical school and learned to play the piano. I was awarded a distinction on completion of Grade 6 and this is an instrument that I continue to play for relaxation and taught my children. Learning to play this instrument has taught me a lot about commitment to practicing and improving my skills with dedication. In my spare time I appreciate exercise as a way of coping with work pressures and keeping healthy.
