• Rapid access to diagnostic ultrasound and MRI scans performed and reported by specialist sports and musculoskeletal radiologists

• Fast and easy access to specialist sports medicine and/or orthopaedic consultant review where required

• Access to sports injury consultants, who are specialists in their areas and have extensive clinical experience in managing sports injuries

• Physiotherapy facilities including an Anti-gravity treadmill (Alter-G), on site hydrotherapy pool and fully equipped rehabilitation gym

Common sports injuries we see patients for include the following:

• Foot and ankle injuries: Achilles tendinopathy, ankle sprain, Plantar Fasciitis, mid-foot sprain, metatarsal pain
• Knee injuries: ACL rupture, MCL sprain, meniscus tear, patella femoral pain, patellar tendinopathy
• Hip injuries: Groin pain, lateral hip pain including gluteal tendinopathy, high hamstring tendinopathy, hip impingement
• Elbow, hand and wrist injuries: Ligament sprain, golfer's elbow, tennis elbow, tendon rupture
• Shoulder injuries: ACJ sprain, rotator cuff tendinopathy, shoulder impingement, shoulder instability

We also treat back and neck pain following sporting injuries

Our Sports Injury Clinic runs during the following times:

Monday 4pm - 6pm and Thursday 7.30am - 9am

Outside of these times the physiotherapists can still assess and treat sports injuries, however, patients benefit from a specific clinic running at these times along with promotional pricing.

Patients can benefit from the below reduced rates when booking through the sports injury clinic:

• 45-minute physiotherapy assessment - £69
• X-ray (single body part) - £100
• Diagnostic ultrasound - £190
• Ultrasound guided injections - £250
• One part MRI scan - £250
• Consultant assessment - £200 - £250 (dependent on consultant)
