I am a UK trained Consultant Cardiologist. My sub-specialty interest involves the diagnosis and management of all forms of heart rhythm disorders and conditions associated with sudden cardiac death.
This includes heart rhythm monitoring such as ECGs, exercise tests, and longer‑term monitors to identify abnormal heartbeats, as well as advanced imaging like cardiac CT and MRI. Where treatment is needed, I provide procedures such as cardioversion, pacemaker implantation and catheter ablation to treat problematic heart rhythms.
For catheter ablations, I utilise both conventional and new three-dimensional mapping technologies to target complex arrhythmic substrates.
I was educated at Oxford University, and was trained in cardiology and electrophysiology at Southampton University Hospital and Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital.
