Your consultations
Once you’ve made an enquiry, we can quickly arrange for you to meet one of our team of experienced cosmetic surgeons. You’ll usually be offered an appointment within a few days.
During your consultations you’ll have the chance to talk about the type of breast augmentation surgery you’d like, as well as the range of implants we can provide. Your consultant will ask you about your medical history and may carry out a pre-operative assessment.
During your consultations, you’ll be able to discuss:
Your consultant will be able to answer any questions you may have about your surgery and its results, but there’s no pressure to make a decision. Even if you feel certain about what you want to do next, you’ll have plenty of time to change your mind after your appointment during the two week cooling-off period.
Some people can go home on the same day as their procedure. Your surgeon will be able to advise you about this, as well as what to bring with you. You’ll have your own en-suite room if you need to stay overnight, which has:
If you’ve come with a friend or family member, they’re welcome to wait in our restaurant while you have your operation.
When you arrive for your surgery, you’ll meet your anaesthetist and the surgical team.
Before your surgery, you’ll have a general anaesthetic so you'll be asleep. During the procedure, which usually takes 60-90 minutes, the surgeon will make some cuts (incisions) in your breasts to insert the new implants.
After surgery, you’ll probably feel some pain or discomfort – our nursing team will give you painkillers to manage the pain.
Although everybody’s different and you should always follow your consultant’s advice, here’s a typical recovery timeline for breast enlargement surgery:
