You can leave hospital whenever your consultant thinks you're ready. Even after you’ve left hospital, we’re here for you every step of the way - we'll make sure you've got all the medication, information and follow-up support that you need.

Even after you've left hospital, we're still here to help you every step of the way. We'll send you home with all the medication, advice and follow-up support you'll need to help get you back on the road to good health.
