I am a fully qualified UK trained consultant plastic surgeon. Working in both the NHS and private sector within Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Halesowen. I undertake a range of cosmetic and non-cosmetic surgical procedures the most popular being: cosmetic surgery of the breast and abdomen, labial reshaping, non-surgical treatments for facial rejuvenation, benign skin lesions (moles, cysts etc.), surgery for recurrent pilonidal sinus and hand surgery.
My areas of particular interest are breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and pilonidal sinus disease.
I am a fully-accredited plastic surgeon and have been on the General Medical Council’s specialist register since 1999. I am a full member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
I graduated with a ‘MB ChB’ distinction in surgery from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1986. I was also awarded the ‘Sampson Gamgee Prize’ (first place in surgery). Following qualification, I spent two years in the department of anatomy at Birmingham University teaching anatomy and undertaking research. I was awarded the degree of Master of Science for this research work. I undertook general surgical training in Leicester, qualifying FRCS (Eng) in 1992. My training in plastic surgery was obtained in the West Midlands, during my training I was awarded the ‘Frank Cort Prize’ (1997) and a British Association of Plastic Surgeons travelling bursary (1998) to work and study at the internationally renowned Hand and Microsurgery Unit of the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney, Australia.

I am married with two children. I am a member of The Edgbaston Priory club and am a keen, if not very talented, racquetball player. I suffer an incurable, life-long affliction being a season-ticket holder of Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club also.
