I work in supporting my physiotherapist colleagues in inpatients to provide support and rehabilitation to our patients who have recently had surgery.
I talk to patients explaining the process, sending them exercises and information packs to help them prepare for surgery. I also work on the wards with the therapy teams encouraging mobility and return of function with the post-operative patients.
