I have been a physiotherapist for over 10 years, and have specialist knowledge in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries.
I specialise in many areas of physiotherapy including but not limited to; sports injuries (lower limb especially), cycling medicine, bike positioning, post-operative eg hip and knee replacements.
In my previous role I worked in a lead capacity at the Boardman Performance Centre working with elite and amateur cyclists and triathletes alike.

I enjoy spending my spare time enjoying the outdoors and you will usually find me doing one of these things; running, cycling or hiking up mountains.
