I am a friendly, experienced consultant dermatologist with over 10 years’ experience and am passionate about delivering personalised, high-quality skin care to all patients.
I offer the full range of treatment comprehensive assessment and treatment of inflammatory conditions of the skin, hair and nails, such as; acne, eczema, psoriasis and other rashes. As part of this I also treat hyperhidrosis (excess sweating) with Botox injections. My sub-specialty area of interest is skin cancer risk assessment, diagnosis and treatment and I undertake weekly cancer screening clinics in the NHS.
I have been Consultant Lead for Skin Cancer at Walsall Manor Hospitals since 2013 and am an active member of the West Midlands Skin Cancer Expert Advisory Group. I am a trained skin surgeon and undertake surgical lists, at minimum weekly, completing over 200 cases on an annual basis. I have also received advanced surgical training and regularly perform complex surgical procedures for skin cancer treatment.
In addition to my clinical work, I am also proud to have been recently appointed Speciality Lead for Dermatology at the University of Birmingham, leading on the delivery of medical student teaching, ongoing assessment and examination.

I'm originally from Cheshire and after spending years abroad, I have now been settled in Birmingham for the last 10 years. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children, in the outdoors where possible, and enjoy running in any spare time.
