I am a consultant gynaecological surgeon at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. I have completed my training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with subspecialty accreditation in gynaecological oncology, this gave me substantial experience in carrying out surgical treatments for a spectrum of general gynaecological conditions and all forms of gynaecological cancers.

I offer my patients a wide range of gynaecological services, including treatment of menstrual disorders, post menopausal bleeding, fibroids, ovarian cysts, advanced gynaecological surgery, treatment of endometriosis, and minor procedures including hysteroscopy and colposcopy.

I have a special interest in minimal invasive surgery (Laparoscopic and Robotic), complex gynaecological procedures, and treatment of all gynaecological cancers. I am a BSCCP accredited colposcopist and trainer with interest in managing vulval, vaginal and cervical pre-cancer conditions.

I strive to provide a minimally invasive approach to my patients' surgical needs whenever possible. This includes laparoscopy, and robotic surgery. I am instrumental to the development of ultra-radical surgeries in advanced gynaecological cancers and the development of sentinel lymphnode biopsies for vulval, and endometrial cancers at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.

I am an European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) Training Supervisor.

I believe that having a caring approach to patients and individualized treatment permits the provision of exceptional care that addresses the needs of all patients.

I continuously audit my clinical performances to make sure excellent care is delivered to all my patients. I am heavily involved with research and regularly publish and present in scientific meetings and journals.
