Paula Wilson is an experienced counsellor, registered as a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, who has spent many years working in a variety of settings that include charities, local authorities, schools and her own private practice.

Talking therapy has been shown to be effective in helping reduce the psychological impact and co-morbidity of a wide variety of conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia and ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis).

Working in conjunction with medical practitioners Paula can offer a holistic approach to patient management. Counselling fosters a strong therapeutic alliance which supports recovery by helping patients access their own resources to improve medical outcomes.
