Gynaecology surgery
Registered nurse, Charlotte from Braintree, Essex, underwent gynaecology surgery in 2010 with Miss Premila Kollipara, consultant gynaecologist at Spire Hartswood Hospital, Brentwood, Essex.
Following the surgery, Charlotte contacted the hospital to express her gratitude towards the staff for the care that she received whilst staying at the hospital.
Read the letter below:
"I was recently admitted to your hospital under the care of Ms. P. Kollipara for a five night stay. I just wanted to put into writing about the care I received.
"All staff were very courteous, professional and most of all caring. The hostess (I wish I knew her name) was so kind to me as I had lost my appetite for three days and she tried her best to find me something that I would like to eat. I felt the nursing staff were, without a doubt, some of the most professional and caring bunch I have ever met. Nothing was too much for them. They listened to me and never once did I feel like a 'Nuisance' or that I was moaning."
Charlotte went on to thank individuals for their care. Charlotte continues:
"Please let your staff know that they are greatly appreciated and that they do a fantastic job."
