MBBS, BSc, FRCS (Urol)
I am a Consultant Urologist and Andrological Surgeon, specialising in male sexual and reproductive health, and I manage a wide range of urological conditions affecting both men and women. Since completing my urology training, I have developed and led one of the few dedicated andrology and male fertility services in my region. I have sat on the faculty of national and international courses and conferences in men's health. I completed urology specialty training across London and Kent deaneries, with dedicated andrology training at St George's Hospital and Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals, followed by a senior andrology fellowship at University College London Hospitals (UCLH).
I diagnose and treat conditions including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, lower urinary tract symptoms and bladder tumours, performing procedures such as removal of bladder lesions (TURBT), resection of enlarged prostate (TURP), and laser of renal tract stones.
My andrology practice covers erectile dysfunction at all stages, Peyronie's disease (penile curvature), male infertility, varicoceles, ejaculatory dysfunction, priapism, and a range of penile and scrotal conditions. My general urology practice includes circumcision, hydrocele repair, epididymal cyst removal, vasectomy and vasectomy reversal, penile prosthesis and reconstructive surgery for penile and scrotal conditions.
I completed senior specialist andrology fellowship training at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), one of the UK's leading andrology units, and went on to establish a dedicated andrology and male fertility service at BHRUT, including weekly specialist clinics for erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, infertility and penoscrotal conditions — recognising that many men with sexual and reproductive health concerns previously had limited access to specialist care locally. Care is planned jointly with radiology, anaesthesia and specialist nursing teams to keep investigations and treatment joined-up and evidence-based.
I am the Urology Research Lead and an Educational and Clinical Supervisor for postgraduate trainees at BHRUT. I am committed to education, training and mentorship, and am passionate about supporting the next generation of urological surgeons. I am actively involved in urological research, contributing to clinical studies and collaborating with colleagues across multiple institutions, and I have helped establish a North East London Andrology Network to link services across BHRUT, Barts Health and Homerton.
