Having qualified as a dietitian over 15 years ago, I have a wealth of dietetic experience working with both adults and children within the NHS and private sector. For the past nine years I have managed a successful private dietetic practice specialising in gastrointestinal conditions, food allergy, diabetes and weight management/bariatric surgery. Every consultation includes specialist, tailored and comprehensive dietetic advice and support.
I specialise in providing dietetic advice to those diagnosed with food allergy and gastrointestinal conditions such as coeliac disease. I also work closely with bariatric patients, before and following surgery to help guide them towards safe, effective and long term weight loss whilst maintaining nutritional adequacy.
My previous NHS roles include working for NHS West Essex and Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust.
