I am a Consultant Neurologist specialising in epilepsy, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke medicine.

I received my MBBS in India in 1995 and then completed my clinical research in stroke in the young leading to an MD degree in 2001.

I am trained extensively in general medicine, stroke and Parkinson’s disease in the Cambridge Deanery and did research in Parkinson’s disease, dementia and dyskinesia in Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College London. I also completed training in National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square. I was awarded a MD (Res) degree and DIC from Imperial College London and completed specialist neurology training in Severn Deanery Bristol.

My MRCP in neurology was received in 2010. I also completed a fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology in Zurich, Switzerland and in 2012 was made a Fellow of the European National Board. I have completed my FRCP from the Royal College of Physicians in Neurology in 2021.
