I have been a consultant clinical oncologist for six years. I trained in both chemotherapy and radiotherapy at the Royal Marsden, Charing Cross and Hammersmith and Guys and St Thomas Hospitals. My area of interest and expertise is treatment of breast, gynaecological and skin cancers.
I specialise in the chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment of breast, gynaecological and skin cancers. I am breast and gynaecology research lead and am totally dedicated to providing the most up to date treatments in both chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
I assess and treat in both my NHS and private practice approximately 120 patients per week and have treated approximately 1,500 breast cancer patients, 500 gynaecological and 750 skin cancer patients over the last five years.
I am Southend University Hospital Breast and Gynaecological research lead and have been Principle Investigator in over 25 trials. I am also Chair of the Chemotherapy Mortality group.
