I have recently undergone surgery at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital where I was admitted for a period of three nights. I am writing this letter to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to one particular member of your nursing staff - Maggie.
Having returned from surgery to Wakehurst ward Maggie was responsible for my care. Her dedication and professionalism shone through and this was hugely reassuring for my partner, who was, as I am sure you understand, initially concerned about my welfare.
Her experience and knowledge was obvious but what really made Maggie exceptional and stand out was her kind personality and genuine concern she displayed. She could not do enough to help both myself and my partner and always took time to ensure she explained every aspect of my recovery to us.
Maggie is an absolute credit to the nursing profession and in particular to Spire Gatwick Park Hospital and I am so very grateful to her. I wanted to simply bring this to your attention and ask that you please pass on our utmost gratitude and thanks to her.
