I would like to write to commend the fantastic care and support I've received following my diagnosis of a frozen shoulder by Mr Selvan who recommended physiotherapy carried out by Mr Malcolm Martin.
Malcolm has been an excellent physiotherapist and I have full confidence in his care. He has carried out weekly sessions which have been effective, to the point now where full mobility has been regained and no pain is evident. I would not hesitate to ask for Malcolm if I need physio at any point in the future.
Finally, I would like to commend the professional, competent and friendly admin staff in the physio department. Kirsty, Louise and Paula are all excellent in the level of service they provided to me every visit and they work brilliantly as a team. No request was too much trouble, especially when dealing with amendments to appointments I needed to make, due to work commitments, and carried out every ask with aplomb.
