I came to see Malcolm because I had a hamstring injury that had occurred a month before, during a hockey game. Malcolm was really thorough and worked out that the problem was not the hamstring muscle but was in the hip and was causing the hip to tighten up. After a month of sessions and plenty of stretches, my hamstring was back to normal and I could play the sports that I love. Thanks to Malcolm I am now back and ready to start a new season of hockey with Sussex and the England U17 performance squad.
