I am a fellowship trained spinal surgeon who works with the Spire Dunedin Hospital Orthopaedics, Neuro-spinal and Spinal surgery team in Reading. I originally qualified in Leeds and completed my higher surgical Trauma and Orthopaedic training on the Oxford Rotation. I also completed an internationally recognised year-long spinal fellowship at Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand.
I am trained in all aspects of adult spinal surgery including trauma, tumour, deformity, infection and degenerative conditions affecting the whole of the spine.
I specialise in all aspects of adult spinal surgery including the treatment of neck, back and sciatic leg pain and also offer the following disc replacement, discectomy, fusion surgery, minimally invasive techniques, spinal decompressive surgery and spinal injections for spinal nerve and joint pain.
I have published and presented internationally in spinal research.
I enjoy spending time with my young family, outdoor pursuits, photography and rugby.
