Dr Amit Patel
MBBS, MD, MRCOG, MClinRes, DFSRH
Over more than 15 years, I have acquired wealth of experience and knowledge in gynaecology.
After my graduation (MBBS) in 1998, I trained for and now hold specialist qualifications in several areas of gynaecology gained through the training programmes approved by Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).
I am passionate about surgical excellence and patient safety which I believe are interlinked and inseparable. My primary aim is individualised, holistic and safe care.
Clinical research and medical statistics has always been of profound interest to me. I gained MD (Doctor of Medicine degree) in 2001 and was conferred a Masters degree with distinction in Clinical Research in 2012. I have received prestigious Edgar Gentilli prize from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) for the best research in Gynaecological Oncology.
