Where possible refer all self-pay patients through Spire Connect. Please be aware not all consultants require a referral letter to refer a patient, however we do require a referral letter and past medical history for all patients under 18 (CYP). If you have any questions, please call our Business Development team and one of our customer service advisors will be able to help.

Referrals for NHS patients must be sent through the online e-referral service (formerly choose and book) by visiting www.ebs.ncrs.nhs.uk. This is the best practice for us to receive NHS referrals, as patients will receive appointments in a timely manner and it is an efficient system.
We no longer accept fax referrals for NHS patients. Referrals can only be submitted online via the NHS e-Referral service.
