I am a Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in the treatment of breast cancer. I am based at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle, where I support patients through all stages of their diagnosis and treatment.
I understand that a cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming, and I aim to provide clear information, reassurance and support throughout your care. I work closely with you to explain your condition and the treatment options available, helping you feel informed and confident in the decisions we make together.
I graduated from the University of Dundee in 1993. Since then, I have developed my clinical practice in oncology, focusing on breast cancer treatment and care.
I believe in a patient-centred approach, taking time to listen to your concerns and understand your individual needs. My aim is to guide you through your treatment with compassion and clarity, ensuring you feel supported at every step.
