MRI scan

I would like to send the Head of your Radiology Department an email to complement them on the amazing helpfulness shown by Hannah Tribe in Radiology. I was visiting to the hospital to see the MRI scanner (I have claustrophobia) on an informal visit prior to having a scan. She was incredibly patient and was consistently helpful in explaining the operation of the machine, noise factor etc. And completely non-judgemental with regard to the fact that my fear of being in an enclosed space would prevent me from having an MRI scan. Top marks for professionalism and a friendly and welcoming demeanour. Thank you Hannah for your patience, much appreciated.
