I am a Consultant Ophthalmic surgeon specialising in complex cataracts, medical retina diseases and vitreoretinal surgery. I am lead for Diabetic eye diseases and Vitreoretinal services at Hillingdon Hospital and I have over 20 years experience in Ophthalmology. My results for cataract surgery are above national average and my colleagues trust me to perform complex retinal surgeries and lens exchanges.

I am an expert in treatment of retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, vein and artery occlusion with retinal lasers and intravitreal injections. I am an expert vitreoretinal surgeon for treatment of macular holes, epiretinal membrane, retinal detachment, floaters, vitreous haemorrhages. I offer cataract surgery with both regular and premium intraocular lens implants.

I completed my Ophthalmology training in Scotland along with fellowships in Vitreoretinal surgery from Aberdeen and Glasgow. I completed prestigious Vitreoretinal surgical fellowship from Moorfields Eye Hospital, London before being appointed consultant.

I am Consultant Ophthalmologist at Hillingdon Hospital, London and also honorary consultant at Western Eye Hospital, Imperial healthcare NHS Trust and London North-West University Healthcare NHS Trust, London.

I have keen interest in research, education and training of junior ophthalmologists and I am faculty for teaching cataract surgery and Examiner for professional exams at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth). I am program editor for Vitreoretinal diseases for online learning programme by RCOphth, educational and clinical supervisor for junior ophthalmologists in London Deanery and I am Chief investigator on research project on retinal diseases. I have published several research papers and been an invited speaker on many national and international conferences.
