Mr Conrad Yuen

I am a British-trained ophthalmologist with 16 years of experience in ophthalmology. I completed my specialist training at St Paul’s Eye Unit in Liverpool before further developing my expertise through a glaucoma fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.

Throughout my career, I have focused on providing personalised care for patients with a range of eye conditions, with particular expertise in glaucoma and cataracts. I understand that concerns about your vision can feel worrying, so I aim to ensure patients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their treatment.

My main clinical interests are the management of glaucoma and cataract surgery. I offer both medical and surgical treatments for glaucoma, tailoring care to each patient’s individual needs and condition. I also have extensive experience in managing complex cases where glaucoma and cataracts occur together.

In addition to glaucoma and cataract care, I have significant experience in oculoplastic procedures involving the eyelids. During my training in Liverpool, I spent 18 months working alongside regional trainers to develop specialist experience in this area.

I believe in taking the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly, using straightforward language that patients can easily understand. My aim is always to provide reassuring, professional care while helping patients make informed decisions about their eye health and treatment options.
