I am a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) / Head and Neck Surgeon with extensive experience in the management of both adult and paediatric ENT conditions. My specialist areas of expertise include head and neck surgery, thyroid disorders, salivary gland surgery, voice and swallowing disorders, sinonasal and skull base surgery, and minimally invasive techniques.

I completed his medical degree and specialist ENT training in leading UK centres, followed by advanced fellowship training in head and neck and thyroid surgery. I have a broad practice encompassing all aspects of general and specialist ENT, including disorders of the ear, nasal obstruction, sinus disease, throat and voice problems, and neck lumps.

I have a particular clinical interest in:

  • Blocked ears, ear infections, and eustachian tube disorders
  • Endoscopic sinus and nasal surgery
  • Head and neck surgery, including benign and malignant tumours
  • Paediatric ENT surgery, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and grommets
  • Salivary gland disorders (parotid and submandibular glands)
  • Thyroid surgery
  • Salivary gland disorders (parotid and submandibular glands)
  • Voice, airway and swallowing disorders

I am committed to delivering the highest standards of clinical care, using evidence-based and patient-centred approaches. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for his patients.

I consult private patients at Spire Portsmouth Hospital, offering expert assessment, clear guidance, and comprehensive treatment for a full range of ENT and head and neck conditions. I am the current clinical director of ENT at Queen Alexandra hospital and have performed more than 2,000 major neck and thyroid operations.

I have written over 20 peer reviewed publications and am actively involved in ongoing international head and neck research. I am studying for a Masters degree in Aesthetic Surgery. I have been awarded numerous prizes and bursaries, is a reviewer for three medical journals and has given numerous national and international presentations.
