“I want to say a big big thank you to all the staff who took care of me when I had an operation. Mr Sonsales and his team put me so much at ease, and the nurses who cared for me while I was in room 10. It was so nice to have a nice cup of tea and a sandwich after. Can I please also thank the nurse who took me up to the theatre - she knew how scared I was and she held my hand all the way.”
