I am a Consultant Plastic Surgeon based at The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. I specialise in aesthetic breast surgery, breast reconstruction and body contouring surgery. I am one of few surgeons worldwide to be accredited in both plastic and breast surgery.
I specialise in all aspects of aesthetic breast surgery and breast reconstruction. This encompasses the latest oncoplastic techniques, implant and microsurgical breast reconstruction and complex revisional surgery. I perform the full spectrum of breast surgery, including breast reduction, breast uplift, breast augmentation and lipomodelling.
I also specialise in abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), thigh and arm lifts.
I have performed around 1,000 breast procedures including complex revisional surgery for patients who have had problems related to previous breast surgery.
I am one of the few plastic surgeons in the UK who has also trained in oncoplastic breast surgery, having completed specialist fellowships in the world renowned Nightingale Breast Centre in Manchester.
I am passionate about training the next generation of plastic surgeons. As such, I am the Leeds specialist training lead for plastic surgery as well as being the plastic surgery lead for the nationally appointed Oncoplastic TIG fellowship. I am an interviewer for nationally appointed training posts in both plastic surgery and oncoplastic breast surgery. I also run the highly successful MY Plastic Surgery courses for junior doctors.
