Dr Simon Burbidge

I trained in radiology in Leeds, with a special interest in non vascular intervention, uroradiology and gastrointestinal imaging. I also spent time training to perform percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in Sheffield.

I spent one year as a consultant at the Hull and East Yorkshire Trust, performing a wide range of interventions including nephrostomy, ureteric stenting, biliary drainage and stenting, colonic and oesophageal stenting and a wide range of image guided biopsy and drainage procedures.

I was appointed in Leeds in 2013 as a consultant with a special interest in uroradiology, non vascular intervention and ultrasound, where he also performs PCNL procedures in conjunction with the urological surgeons.
