“What a lovely hospital with lovely staff. Been visiting for about a year now (out patients appointments and day case in September 2015) culminating in total hip replacement Friday. So, so difficult to single out any one member of staff for special praise as I've been impressed by every single individual I've met. Reception, OPD nurses, Mr Gopal (my orthopaedic surgeon) X-ray (reception, radiographer so, MR Imaging) Ward staff (trained and untrained nursing staff, catering & house-keeping) Theatres ( technicians, Anaesthetist, surgical and recovery nursing teams) and of course Physiotherapy staff. I don't know what you use but I have never come across such a "family like" caring attitude to patient wellbeing which runs across every department of the hospital! And I should know I've worked in many across the U.K. over the passed 45 years and visited many more across U.K. & Europe. Well done and thank you all. Kenneth 26th June 2016”
