I consulted Mr Punnoose, Audiologist at Spire Gatwick Park, and was impressed from the beginning.
The Out-patient is clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming.
Mr Punnoose soon found the cause of my reduced hearing and invited me to attend Crawley Northgate Surgery for removal of ear wax using the latest technology by suction. Throughout the procedure he was kind and professional and explained everything he was doing to me in detail.
I also had tympanometry to see if I had fluid in my ear. After his explanation I am not worried about my hearing.
