Join us for a free information and Q&A session with our Consultant Cardiologist, Professor Zaheer Yousef OBE
In celebration of Heart Month 2026, we are excited to share this unique opportunity to learn more about your heart and how to look after it.
Join us at Spire Cardiff Hospital for a free patient information and Q&A evening, designed to give you expert advice about different heart treatments, share some of the tech used to help look after your heart, and answer questions that are important to you.
Prof Zaheer Yousef OBE, Consultant Cardiologist, will talk for roughly 30 minutes heart health, before sharing some of the devices used to treat heart problems. Finally we will dive into a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask our expert questions that are important to you in a relaxed and informative setting*.

Places are limited so booking is essential.

Travel instructions
By road from the east
Exit the M4 motorway at Junction 29 and continue along the A48(M). Exit the A48 at the Pentwyn junction and take the last exit off the roundabout signposted 'hospital'. Continue along this road until reaching the first mini-roundabout, where you should continue straight ahead. At the second mini roundabout, take the third exit off the roundabout and turn immediately left into the hospital.
By road from the west
Exit the M4 motorway at Junction 30 (Cardiff Gate) and take the third exit off the roundabout. Continue along the dual carriageway, and go straight across the first roundabout towards the A48. Turn right at the next roundabout onto the A48 towards Cardiff and take the next exit signposted 'Pentwyn'. Take the last exit from the roundabout signposted 'hospital'. Continue along this road until reaching a mini-roundabout. Take the third exit off the roundabout and turn immediately left into the hospital.
By rail
Cardiff Central railway station is a 15-minute taxi ride from the hospital.
By bus
The following buses run every 10 minutes from Cardiff Central station, stopping at Croescadarn Road: 57 and 58.
Parking
Free parking is available at Spire Cardiff Hospital for both our patients and their visitors. Patients and visitors will need to register their vehicles on the tablets provided in reception areas on arrival to avoid a parking penalty.
