I am based at Bristol Eye Hospital where I am one of the glaucoma specialists. My practice there is split between managing glaucoma and cataract. I also have clinics at Frenchay and Paulton hospitals.
I studied medicine at Oxford University and completed my specialist cardiology training in Cambridge, London and Bristol. My interventional cardiology fellowship was in coronary and structural intervention at Bichat hospital in Paris.

My major interests are in general and colorectal surgery. I have specific expertise in assessment of bowel disorders, especially faecal incontinence, its investigation and surgical treatment.
My practice is predominantly hip related, although I do perform around 20% of knee replacements also. My training was with Professors Learmonth and Bannister, followed by a fellowship in Toronto with Professor Waddell.
