Mrs Elena Prousskaia Peregudova

Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon

"I thoroughly enjoy working at Spire Bristol Hospital, they have efficient and competent teams providing a service second to none to my patients."

Specialises in

After completing eight years of training in plastic and reconstructive surgery, I successfully undertook three years of one of the UK's most prestigious fellowships in microsurgical breast reconstruction and breast oncoplastic surgery at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London, Manchester University Hospital, Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford and the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead.

This was followed by a further nine months of travelling fellowships abroad, in a number of world renowned centres, including The University Hospital in Ghent (Belgium), Sant Pau Hospital in Barcelona (Spain), Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore (India), The European Institute of Oncology in Milan (Italy) and the University Hospital in Tokyo (Japan) where I learnt about the latest international advances in plastic surgery.

I have performed over 5,000 procedures/surgeries in plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery both on the NHS and within my private practice.

I am in charge of the DVT/prophylaxis Risk Management team at Southmead Hospital, Bristol.
